Shipping policy

All orders to be shipped will be dispatched by Royal Mail Tracked 48 service for a flat rate of £3.95 if weighing under 2kg. All orders over 2kg will be shipped Royal Mail Tracked 48 at a flat cost of £6.50.
Orders placed on Tuesday - Friday during opening hours will be picked, packed and booked in for collection on the next working day.
For example if you place your order on Wednesday at 3pm it will get processed on the same day and Royal Mail will collect your order from the shop on Thursday and then it shall make its way to you in their hands.
Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or Monday will be processed on the following Tuesday ready to be collected by Royal Mail on the Wednesday.

At checkout you can opt for free Click + Collect instead of paying for shipping.
Collection is from the physical shop premises in Taunton at 18 Lower Middle Street, TA1 1SF.
Your order will usually be picked and ready for you to collect within 2 hours of you placing it. You will receive an email to confirm this. Orders placed outside of working hours (10am-5pm Tuesday-Saturday) will be picked as a priority on the next working day.
