Due to the nature of the products I sell I am not able to offer a blanket returns policy, but can instead make case-by-case decisions.
Absolutely if a product is faulty I can get a replacement to you at no extra cost to yourself, just get in touch with your query and I will gladly do what I can to resolve any situations. Faulty items can be requested to be returned at any time.
Non-faulty items have a 30 day returns window.
To start a return, you can contact us at tim@mycarboncoach.co.uk. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 18 Lower Middle Street, Taunton, TA1 1SF.
If your faulty return is accepted, I’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to me without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
If your non-faulty return is accepted it will be at your discretion to pay for postage and return it to My Carbon Coach.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, I cannot accept returns on sale items, refill club memberships or gift cards.
Refunds
I will notify you once I’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
